The book has being published twice in Bulgaria in-in 1998 and in 2004 both times in Bulgarian. After that in 2005 it had being translated in English and published in 2005 in Bulgaria.
The book “Mahatma Sutra. The Book of the Supreme Spirit" is interested in the Spiritual Power in the way of practicing Yoga, as well as how it has being interpreted in some Religions and some of the major Spiritual Teachings. The book treats the philosophy of Zen, Vedanta, Tao and seeks the true of the Buddhism. One of the main accents is how to develop a personal condition of irreproachability.
This book is a Philosophy book and actually it is close to the Eastern Philosophy. In some places the style of the book is like an essay but in some others is written more like a science.
In “Mahatma Sutra. The Book of the Supreme Spirit" is left part of the Vedic Teaching and messages of the Himalayan Masters of self-realization. The book is examining in detail the path of Integral Yoga. The book, however, is not a text book, but is - rather art book (in the style of spiritual literature), bearing a subconscious idea of Advaita Vedanta, which is reflected in Eastern philosophy - (i.e. The Idea of one world religion). The basic idea of the book - "Mahatma Sutra.  The Book of the Great Spirit“ is a bow to the Cosmic Force, to the Spirit (Supreme Spirit) who gives us an incentive to move forward in creative and constructive energy, enhance and self-realization.
The publication transform in itself  a lot of styles and Spiritual traditions, some of them treated in depth  (because of the need  to emphasis the necessity of reaching the Spirit, to develop the Morality and the Ethics).
Peculiarity of this book is that diverse in character, different genres come together to serve one idea – that of self-realization. Meaning of the book is to bring the reader to his awakening to become one with the Creator.  To feel consecration by the power of the Spirit. To have a desire for advancement, desire to exit from the material world. Not to focus on sensory and grasping in the physical world, as obtained in our times, and shaking from excessive dependence on material. To create a desire to merge with the Higher Spiritual Energy.
The book observes a line of human insight. It is not a random display of pieces of religious and philosophical thoughts. The book is a history of progress and implementation of all the ideas mentioned here.
The book has four parts with eighteen chapters, finishing with a photo album
First part of the book presents the spiritual growth of the common man and its transformation into Warrior impeccability and discipline. This is the release of man from the world of ordinary things, and his going deeper into yourself. To threats in Spiritual Warrior, a man travels three main roads - the Pain, the Loneliness and the Compassion. Then, already transformed ordinary person (into a Warrior of the Spirit) reaches the greatest state of rest – The Silence.
Second part of the book tells the story of Zen (and the state of enlightenment in Zen - Satori) tells of Zen in Martial arts - these are the practical actions of the Warrior of the Spirit and things that apply as his personal conduct and not just mental theories.   Third part of the book, indicate the correct philosophy and understanding of the world. This is the position from the perspective of the Great Spiritual Teachings of Vedic knowledge of Yoga. Basically in this part of the book is affecting the idea of self-realization and explains the reasons why we need this realization and harmony with the Cosmos. Here shows the true understanding of the world from a human perspective and focuses on the meaning of self-realization.
Fourth part of the book indicates the author (male/female) in hidden mythological - he (she) has passed the path, which describes in the preceding chapters. He (she) has being educated, still  study and devoted herself  to the knowledge.
The author’s name stays unveiled. In the publication is not detected the real name of who wrote the book. To the readers, the author leaves only his nickname. In that way Mahatmadevi believes that she is lifting the subjective presence of publication.  In the book is written- “ the author do not want to unveil herself, because as an ordinary person it can’t be exalted, and having ascended, exalted and exalted Spirit, it could not be an ordinary person. " In this part of the book - the fourth, the writer is locked into the image of the Virgin. Virgin, it is the purest state that each of us must reach in its divine realization. In this book, the author is not naming, but many of the accompanying photographs in the publication itself, without readers know the author is Art model and demonstrator, because she wanted to emphasize writing in his book and displayed natural image.  In the same reason there are many other pictures in the book. Mythological form which is working part fourth, refers to the book than those described so far genres, as well as branches of esoteric literature. This is a synthesis of the author's autobiography, recorded in the form of parables, coded, and the Teaching.
To the readers and the seekers, the author gives the Knowledge that is transmitted by the Saints of Spiritual Wisdom. Through its publication, the author shows tribute to Self Space Knowledge - to God.
The book has being experienced. It is more - rather not leave something theoretically but describes practically implemented condition that has led the author to express through that post, a kind of Bow to the Spirit World itself, to the Wisdom and Morality. The deep personal philosophy, with which the book is saturated, reflects the sincere condition of searching the Great Cosmic Energy. That Energy has the Knowledge and toward which Energy each of us should be directed.  we need to understand the most-profound message of the author - the message that a every person must be inferred from the darkness of ignorance and go into the Light of Knowledge, to get out of the delusion of illusion temporary real (material world) and go into the Truth of Spirit - eternal reality.
